Counterfeit components
A counterfeit component can look identical on the outside. With X-ray we examine its internal structure without opening it. This is an on-demand service.
Defective solder joints
We examine the joints hidden under BGA, QFN and other packages, where optical inspection cannot reach.
Voids in solder joints
We locate voids inside the solder and see how they are distributed under the component.
Short circuits
We detect solder bridges between balls or pins that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
PTH fill
We check whether the solder has properly filled the plated through-holes (PTH) of THT components.
Problems after potting
We examine the inside of a potted part to locate problems after potting, without opening it.
