From prototypes to high-volume production.

We manufacture at the pace your product needs, even while it is still changing.

Prototypes

Real boards to validate the design before investing in series production.

Small production runs

Short runs to launch a product or fulfil small orders.

Pre-series

We validate the process and the product before scaling up.

Large production runs

Repeatable production for higher-volume series.

The typical journey of a board.

Depending on the product, some stages do not apply and others are added. This is what we can include in your project.

01

Documentation review

It all starts with understanding the project properly: we review the documentation before buying or assembling anything.

  • Review of Gerber, BOM and Pick & Place files
  • Upfront check, before launching purchasing and assembly
  • Formats described in the Customer guide
02

Purchasing, smart storage and baking

We source the components and store them in the right conditions until it is time to assemble them.

  • Purchasing management and alternatives when a part becomes scarce or is discontinued
  • Smart storage with temperature and humidity control
  • Baking of moisture-sensitive components
  • Component storage and picking
03

SMD and THT assembly

We place surface-mount components automatically and selectively solder through-hole components, without exposing the whole board to more heat than necessary.

  • Pick & Place SMD with Siplace machines
  • THT selective soldering with ERSA machines
  • From prototypes to high-volume production
04

AOI and X-ray

We check every board during the process: what can be seen, with optical inspection, and what cannot, with X-ray.

  • AOI 2D/3D optical inspection, before the process continues
  • X-ray for BGA components and solder joints hidden under the component
  • Detection of defects in PCBs and components
05

ICT and functional testing

We check that every board is correctly assembled and that the product works as it should.

  • Bed-of-nails ICT
  • Functional test (FCT)
  • Laser marking and labelling
06

Conformal coating
and potting

Extra protection for electronics that will operate in demanding environments.

  • Conformal coating
  • Potting (encapsulation)
Traceability by component and by device along the whole journey.

When something goes wrong, knowing what was assembled changes everything.

Knowing what was assembled is not always enough. It also matters which component batch was used, when, with which process and which checks it passed.

  • Quickly trace the source of a problem
  • Identify the batches involved
  • Limit the impact of an issue

Every board, inspected.

Inspection and control built into the assembly process.

  • 100% of boards go through 3D AOI inspection
  • Additional check with 3D X-ray
  • Specific temperature profile for each PCB

Beyond assembly.

Manufacturing well is not just placing components: it also means purchasing, anticipating and adapting.

  • Purchasing management

We take care of component sourcing so you can focus on the product.

  • Managing alternatives

If a part becomes scarce or is discontinued, we propose alternatives before production stops.

  • Redesign

We adapt the design when needed to manufacture it better or to avoid problematic components.

  • Production

Clear information on how your production is progressing, from the first unit to the full series.

  • Progress tracking

We go further, anticipating possible issues and obsolescence so you're always prepared.
